CONCEPT:
Signage concepts featuring the Chioggia Beet (candy stripe beet) as the featured winter ingredient in large and small scale in-store signage, a national chain of farm-to-table restaurants. Dig Inn’s decisions start with a deep respect for ingredients and they buy from minority-run and small-scale farms, to support sustainable growing practices and invest in the future of farming. The design was meant to reflect the artistry of this mindful farming process and the beauty of fresh, organic ingredients.
